Regularly practicing yoga has many benefits, from increased flexibility to decreasing stress & anxiety. 
Yoga isn't one size fits all, we all benefit differently from the practice. Have a look at the classes I teach throughout the week to see what best fits you.

ALL-LEVEL HATHA FLOW AT STARKEY RANCH

Every Monday @ 7 PM & Every Thursday @ 10 AM

A Hatha Yoga Class for ALL LEVELS, yogis of Starkey Ranch! This class is designed for everyone & anyone, absolute beginners to the most advanced practitioners.

YOGA FOR RUNNERS AT RUNFIT

First Tuesday of Every Month @ 7 PM

Yoga for Runners is designed to focus on 3 areas – flexibility, balance, and strength – to help you race smarter and faster. This class targets the lower body, areas that are most impacted by running, such as hamstrings and hips.

MID-WEEK HATHA YOGA VIA ZOOM

Every Wednesday @ 7 PM Starting 3/17/21

You have made it halfway through the week! Relax, release and restore your body, mind & spirit to focus on you and only you. This all-level Hatha flow will leave you feeling refreshed, reconnected and revived to finish out the workweek.

EASY LIKE SUNDAY MORNING - GENTLE FLOW VIA ZOOM

Every Sunday @ 9:30 AM Starting 3/21/21

This Gentle Hatha Yoga class nurtures participants with floor stretches, breath-work, standing poses and guided meditations. Restoring balance to the body, mind, and spirit- simply perfect for a Sunday morning. Suitable for beginners, and anyone seeking an easy-to-follow the well-rounded class.
