ALL-LEVEL HATHA FLOW AT ESTANCIA

Thursday, October 5th, 12th, 19th and 26th at 9:30 am

This all-level class is designed for everyone & anyone, from absolute beginners to the most seasoned practitioners. Throughout the class, we will incorporate pranayama and moving meditation to build strength and flexibility.
