GENTLE FLOW AT LUTZ YOGA & MASSAGE

Every Monday at 9:30 AM

This Gentle Yoga class nurtures participants with floor stretches, breath-work, standing poses and guided meditations. Restoring balance to the body, mind, and spirit- simply perfect for a Monday morning. Suitable for beginners, and anyone seeking an easy to follow well-rounded class.

CANDLELIGHT FLOW AT LUTZ YOGA & MASSAGE

Every Monday at 7 PM

All levels, all body types - The stress of a busy day will immediately melt away as you enter a darkened spacious space filled with illuminating candlelight and soothing music. With a focus on connecting to your breath, you’ll make your way through a slow-moving yoga sequence preparing your body and mind to unwind from the day’s activities.

ALL-LEVEL HATHA YOGA AT LUTZ YOGA & MASSAGE

Every Tuesday at 9:30 AM

This all-level class is designed for everyone & anyone, from absolute beginners to the most seasoned practitioners. Throughout the class, we will incorporate pranayama and moving meditation to build strength and flexibility.

ALL-LEVEL HATHA FLOW AT ESTANCIA

Various Tuesday's at 6:30 PM & Thursday's at 9 AM

This all-level class is designed for everyone & anyone, from absolute beginners to the most seasoned practitioners. Throughout the class, we will incorporate pranayama and moving meditation to build strength and flexibility.

Various Thursday's at 10:30 AM
